Yesterday, our class had an awesome field trip to the Audubon Zoo. We had
a blast on the bus. But the most fun was in the zoo itself. My favorite
places were the primates, reptiles, and tigers. This is what happened on
our field trip.
I began my trip by visiting the primates. The monkeys were swinging
like a kid swinging on a swing. I like the gorillas when they smashed their
fists on their chests. The chimpanzees looked kind of like a grandpa.
That was my visit to the primates.
Next, I visited the reptiles. The komodo dragon was like a reptile
dog. The snakes were really long, friendly, and colorful too. I even
got to take a picture by a fake rattlesnake! The sea turtles looked like
they were flying in the tank. That was my trip to the reptiles.
Last I visited the tigers. The white tigers were as sleepy as a koala
bear in the day time. They were really white, kind of like snow. I like
the lions better because they can roar. Their roar is so loud, you can
hear them on the other side of the world! That was my visit to the tigers.
My class and I had so much fun on our field trip. I enjoyed seeing all
of the animals, especially the primates! Whe we're going back to school
on the bus, I forgot to say good bye to the monkeys. I love the zoo and
all the animals in it. I hope you have as much fun as I had!

Wow! I had the best field trip ever. I went to the Audubon Zoo in
New Orleans. I saw many animals like gorillas, peacocks, and geese.
I picked these animals to describe them to my teacher. They are the
animals I like most.
First, I will tell you about my most favorite animal ever, the gorilla.
It's my favorite animal because before my Uncle died, he said he wanted
to be recreated as a gorilla. There was one gorilla that really
looked like him. Some gorillas are very smart. Gorillas are as cute
as my little sister.
Second, I am writing about peacocks. I am writing about peacocks
because I like peacocks. I like them because when I went on the fieldtrip
one was playing with me and chasing my brother, Justin. The peacocks are
very colorful. They are my second favorite animal.
Finally, I will tell you about the geese. Geese are my third favorite
animal because I had to raise baby geese. Then I had to let them go, but
two of them died. When geese are born, they are white. Once
you raise geese they don't want to go away. Sometimes they run back. Geese
are very interesting animals.
My
friends and I had a lot of fun on the field trip. We enjoyed seeing
all the interesting animals, especially our favorites. When you ever
go to the zoo, try to go to everything because if you don't you might miss
some cool stuff. My group mostly liked the gorillas, peaocks, and
geese. You might like them too. |

My teacher, Ms. Martinez, has asked me to write about the zoo because we
just came from the zoo. First I'm going to go with the cheetahs.
Next I'm going to talk about the catfish. Last I'm going to explain about
the alligators as well.
First is the cheetahs. Cheetahs are my favorite because they
are big and fast! Some facts about them are that the cheetahs are
the fastest land animals and are a threat to others such as zebra, deer,
and the antelopes. They are even a threat to people and much more!
That's why they are the greatest things to me.
Next are the catfish. Catfish are my favoirite fish. They're my favorite
because they look like real cats! I don't really know why they have whiskers
like cats or why they use them. When catfish eat, they look funny
because of their whiskers. I also like them because they taste good!
These fish are not as colorful like other fish because their skin is white
or plain gray. They're mostly a kind of grayish white.
Last are the alligators. Alligators are really big reptiles.
Alligators mostly live in swamps where there is duck weed. These
reptiles like to blend in with the duckweed and eat meat! But the
largest alligator was nineteen feet and two inches long, almost as tall
as a giraffe.
I had so much fun at the zoo learning about animals. But the thing
I liked best was the cheetahs, the catfish, and the alligators. If
you go,make sure you see the cheetahs, but don't go to the pirahnnas!

My class took a field trip to the zoo today. After the field trip
to the zoo our teacher asked us to write a five paragraph paper telling
three things we saw at the zoo. First I will roar through the white
tigers. Second I will swing through the gorillas, and third I will chop
through the alligators.
The white tigers were as white as snow. When I roared at the tiger
that was sleeping, he flickered his ear. The second one looked at
me, and I tell you, that thing gave me the creeps so bad, I prayed and
hoped it didn't harm me. After I roared at it again, that thing roared
so lound I almost needed to see an ear doctor!
The gorillas were smaller than I expected , but strong. The gorillas were
also very good catchers. Man, I tell you them gorillas could catch so good
they need to teach the Saints how to catch. There was also this very
skinny female gorilla that was sitting like a model. But I got to
warn you that they could be kind of cranky and catch you if you go at a
certain time.
Now the alligators were really weird because I didn't know that they would
be almost as tall as a giraffe or be white. But I also got to warn you
not to irritate it because it could get up and bust through that roof.
But if you see another person doing it or standing on the rail, get away
unless you're strong enough to wrestle it with its razor sharp teeth. Bring
your boxing gloves.
Now these are the three things I saw at the zoo. It's really amazing that
God made all the animals that we have seen at the zoo.

My
teacher asked me to write about my favorite sections at the zoo.
I had three favorite sectins when we left. They were the elephants, monkeys,
and white tigers. They are my favorite sections because they are funny.
I am first going to talk about the elephants.
My first favorite sectin was the elephants. The elephants were the biggest
animal in the zoo. They have flapppy ears shapted like the continent of
Africa. Also they have lots of hair on their tails. Those are what elephants
are like.
My second favorite is the monkey. The monkey is extremely loud. Also, its
neck puffs up when it's about to yell. When they yell, it sounds
like a boy's yell. That is what monkeys are like.
My third favorite thing was the white tigers. The wite tigers are
extremely sleepy. Also when it yaned it sound like a bomb going off
because it was so loud. It has so much fur that I think it lives
in Antarctica. That is what white tigers are like.
I had such a great time at the zoo. It was so much fun because I
got to see all the animals I wanted to see. If you go the the zoo,
I hope you have a good time. The elephants are the biggest animals in the
zoo. The white tigers are going to be sleeping when you get there.
I hope you like the zoo. |

My class had a field trip. My teacher asked me to tell about three
animals we saw from the zoo. I am going to write about giraffes,
tigers, and lions, I am going to describe three sectins of these
animals. I am so excited!
First, I am going to tell about the tiger. It likes hunting its prey so
it can eat it dead or alive. They love jumpin in trees and bushes. The
tiger fights very muchwith other animals. It can be any color, but
it's very dangerous.
Next we saw the lions. They're king of the jungle. The like
meat the best. They think we're on top of the food chain. Lions
have very sharp teeth. They might leave a mark.
Finally, we visited the giraffes' section. They have long necks.
They have a lot of spots. They have big ears. They like eating
leaves.
I like the zoo. I like the animals, but love the tiger. I hope we visit
again.

Our class went on a field trip. My teacher told us to describe three
sectins in the zoo that we visited. I picked the birds, monkeys, and
the white tiger. I have some cool stuff about these animals.
I hope you enjoy the animals.
First I will talk about the birds. The parrot had small legs to grip
the tree better. The famingos were a great bright pink. The
peacock's beak was like a rainbow. The birds are the greatest.
Next are the primates. The gorillas can catch their own food.
The monkey puffed up his neck and screamed like a girl. The orangutans
have long feet and harms. I loved all the primates.
Finally is the white tigers. the tigers were lazy and big. They have
strong muscles that are locked and ready to run. The white tigers
are my favorite.
My class had so much fun at the zoo. I wish you could go too.
You need to peak throught the bird section and climb through the monkey
section. But don't sleep through the tiger section. |

My
class had an awesome field trip to the zoo. My teacher has asked
me to describe three sectins of the zoo I visited. I am going t talk
about the primate section, and the reptile section. Also, I'm going to
talk about the Asian Domain. My favorite section was the primates..
I'll tell you why.
I first started my field trip by visiting the primates. I saw monkeys.
They were as loud as lions. When they talked they sounded like crying
babies. They were my favorite animals.
Next, I went to the reptiles. I saw snakes and alligators.
I also saw crocodiles. It wasn't noisy there because they were in
aquariums and tanks. Inside the building it was quiet as a
sleeping baby's room.
Finally I saw the Asian Domain. I saw two elephants. They were
huge. The elephants were as big as mountains. They had floppy
ears. The elephants' trunks were long. You wouldn't believe how big
they were.
My classmates and I had such a great time at the zoo. I enjoyed watching
the animals do their idiotic and funny stuff. If you ever go to the
zoo, be sure to visit the primate section. It's the best. I
liked the zoo, and I hope you do too. |

the bears. The bears loved to look at us. The bears were brown,
black, ahd had a light brown ho his belly. My group and me like the
bears a lot.
Next me and the group went to the elephants. The elephants wer fun
tolook at. They kept shaking their tails. The elephants were
gray with a black ball of hair on the tail. We enjoyed the elephants.
Last we went to the white tigers. All the tigers did was sleep like my

My
teacher asked me to describe three animals I saw at the field trip.
First I saw the monkeys. Then the black bears. Last I saw the sleepy
lions. There are more animals than that, but those were my favorites.
The monkeys were swinging like Tarzan. I think monkeys can't swim.
The one I saw was black. They were screaming. That's all for that
section.
Bears have sharp claws. Not all bears hibernate. Bears sleep in trees.
They eat fish and other meat. Black bears are not the biggest bears.
Last is my favorite animal, the lions. Lions are predators.
That means they eat meat. They live in grasslands. They swim
a lot.
This was a perfect field trip for us. It's a perfect place for animals.
I hope you liked the zoo.

My teacher told me to write a story about our class field trip to the zoo.
It was so fun going there, but the best part was the zoo itself.
I saw three animals that I loved. They were the shite tiger, the
toucan, and the bears. That was my favorite part of going there.
Now I will talk about the white tiger. The white tiger is very special
to me. That's my favorite animal in the whole wide world. The
white tiger has stripes like a zebra. It also sleeps a lot.
I will never forget this animal.
Next I will tell you my favoritest bird that I saw. It was the toucan.
The toucanis a pretty bird and a pretty color like blue. The beak is a
tannish color. It sleeps in trees and walks on legs. I love
this bird. It rocks.
The last animal is the bear. The bear sleeps a lot too. I love
the bear because it has a beautiful color. It's black and tannish.
It sleeps in trees. It walks on its hind legs. I love this animal.
It rocks.
So that's what I really wanted to tell you when you got to the zoo, enjoy
it. |

My teacher told me to write about three animals I saw at the zoo.
The first animal I'm going to talk about is a tiger. Then I'm going
to talk about a cheetah. The last animal I'm going to talk about
is a lion.
The tiger is very large. Upon watching them they were relaxing on top of
rocks. The second tiger was on a rock under a tree. The both of them
were watching the crowd. Finally we walked over to the cheetah.
Approaching the cheetahs they were jumping on tree branches. Next
we watched them walk around a little while. then they started to
play with each other. They then stopped to rest. At last they
drink water from their water supply.
We walked to the lions. They were beautiful. They had lots
of hair around their face. Their muscles were very big. We
enjoyed seeing the lions.
In closing, I had lots of fun seeing all of the animals. I
had the best field trip ever. I hope someday you will enjoy the zoo
as much as I did. |

I had a wild and awesome adventure last Tuesday exploring the Audubon Zoo
in New Orleans, Louisiana during our class field trip. Not only were the
animals in the wild, but the bus ride was rough and bumpy.
I went to the Asian Domain where the white tigers live. I found the
white tigers den. There were two beautiful tigers with skin as white as
snow. There was a sign that showed research about them. The
sign said they are carnivores which are meat eaters. Also they are
herbivores which means they eat plants and vegetables. Finally they
are albinoism means they are white.
The jaguar was in the African Savvanah. they have beautiful spotted
mink coats. Their skin is black as night. They are meat eaters.
They are members of the leopard family. They run very fast , short
distances up to 35 miles per hour. They stalk spy on and hurt
their prey.
The cougar was from North American. He is a mountain lion from the family
of big cats or felines. He is a carnivore also and when they have
a litter they ave no more than four at a time. They stalk and hunt
their prey also. They can eat a deer by grabbing it in with their
claws and jaw. They are known to bite their necks to kill it.
I had a grea day visiting the Audubon Zoo and I wished I could have spent
more time there that day. I asked my mom to take me to visit the
zoo again sometime in the future. I will plan with my mom, Poppy
and Albert to go back tot he zoo soon. I know there are a lot more animals
to see. I loved the elephants and the primates. The gorillas
and champanzees were funny also. |
