The Book is a log of student behaviors. It can include good behavior, but frequently is a record of problem behaviors. It is hoped that The Book serves to help students become accountable for their behaviors.Students who sign The Book three times in one day will receive some type of punishwork or a Minor Infraction form. Signing The Book four times in one week will result in an after school detention. If a student serves three after school detentions in one nine week period, the student will be given a Minor Infraction form.The Minor Infraction form must be signed by the parent or guardian and returned to school the next day. Any faculty member may issue Minor Infraction Forms for misbehavior.After five Minor Infractions, a student will be referred to the office for disciplinary action. The principal and/or Assistant Principal will make all final decisions based on each child's circumstances.
