Ensure
that office staff is trained and utilizes
voice messaging services. |
Allocate
money for AR books and test. |
Allocate
money for teacher stipends and
substitute pay so that teachers can attend
workshops. |
Allocate
money for professional memberships. |
Periodically
check to ensure that teachers'
webpages are being updated. |
Help
form a technology team which will include
the administrator, technology facilitator, one
teacher from each ability group, at least one
parent, and a community partner. |
Check
to make certain that teachers attend and
complete TangiTech 1 and TangiTech 2. |
Seek
guidance from Region II and district level
staff as needed. |
Form
partnerships with other school with in the
district, other districts and SLU. |
Attend
LEADTech and other administrative
workshops. |
Form
partnerships with local businesses and keep
them informed of needs and improvements made
regarding technology at AES. |
Ensure
that all equipment is functional and that
AES stays up to date regarding hardware and

Meet
with faculty to review the Acceptable Use
Policy. |
