Diamante
A Diamante is a poem consisting of seven lines in which the purpose is to go from the subject at the top of the diamond to another totally different and sometimes opposite subject at the bottom.

Line 1: Subject
Line 2: Two Adjectives
Line 3: Three Verbs (-ing or -ed)
Line 4: Four nouns
Line 5: Three verbs
Line 6: Two adjectives
Line 7: Noun - opposite of subject in line 1

Bright, sunny
Gases, flares, craters, mountains
Glowing, romancing, forbidding
Mysterious, faraway
Moon
