Your first assignment is to complete Module 1.  At the end of Module 1, you should have submitted an online quiz to your instructor. 

Module 1 should be completed and the online quiz submitted on the first day of class.

• From the main page, click on Module 1.   Read the information about fiction and non-fiction books. 
• Click on the link for fiction books and read the information about fiction books.
• Complete the practice activity
• Complete the practice quiz

• In Module 1, click on the link for non-fiction books
• Read the information about non-fiction books
• Click on the link for Activity 1.  Read about the Dewey Decimal System and complete the practice activities and quizzes contained within Activity 1. 
• Click on the link for Activity 2.  View the Powerpoint presentation about the Dewey Decimal System.
